What are the sizes of your standard tables?
Our standard round tables are 60″ which seats 8 guests. We also have available 5 high cocktail tables provided at no extra charge.
Is there a minimum amount of money I have to spend on Food & Beverage?
TCP offers hosted hourly bar packages at a minimum of 3 hours. There are multiple options to fit your budget. Cash bars minimum can be discussed at time of booking. Should that minimum not be met, the host will pay the difference. You may use any licensed caterer for food, we have great recommendations on our Preferred Vendors List.
Am I allowed to bring in my own Wedding Cake?
Yes, that is one of the food items we do allow for the bride to bring to her event. However, You will also be responsible to provide the cake knife set for serving and for cutting the cake.
What is the billing schedule?
One (1) week prior to your event, the remainder of your total bill as well as a completed Credit Card Authorization Form (as a form of backup payment) is due. Credit cards and /or checks are accepted. Your coordinator will provide a bar estimate based on your guest count.
How long will my on-site Wedding Coordinator be available?
Your Coordinator will arrive during set-up to ensure the site is properly set, vendors are met and accommodated with any special requests, and any additional information is relayed to the banquet staff. She/He will remain on site until after the event.
Will the site be available for ceremony rehearsal?
Yes. This of course depends on any event that may be scheduled. TCP would be in the discretion of choosing a time based on any event that may already be scheduled that day. Because this is a very important part of any wedding, TCP will work with all parties to schedule the best possible time.
